Delivery is made within the Republic of Ireland only.

We will delivery to customers outside the Republic of Ireland. All enquiries should be directed to the customer service team section. Delivery times and shipping rates will vary. Further details will be explained to you after we receive your initial enquiry.

Delivery will be made to the address specified by you on the completed order form. Please include a contact phone number to enable the courier to contact you.Typically deliveries with be within 5-10 working days.

Our deliveries are carried out by third party carriers. From January 2013 our delivery costs:

Prices are inclusive of VAT

  • Small items      € 10.00 per order i.e. Shower, Accessories, etc
  • Medium items  € 19.16 per order i.e. Wall art, Mirrors, etc
  • Large items      € 55.35 per order i.e. Suite, Baths, Shower door, etc

These charges will be applied at point of order.

If a product you have ordered was out of stock you will be notified with the date that the product will be back in stock.
You will be mailed once the item has been dispatched from our warehouse with a delivery date.
You must inspect the goods thoroughly before signing the delivery docket. When signing fora delivery you accept that the goods have been received in good condition. In the event ofgoods been damaged on delivery you should not accept them, let the courier return them to Crean Ceramic City. Never sign a delivery docket as unchecked. You must inform our customer service team within this within 24 hours of delivery of any discrepancies.
Goods will be held at your risk once you have signed the courier delivery docket and we will not be liable for the loss or destruction of the goods.If goods are ordered at the weekend or on a bank holiday, the order will be processed on the next working day and delivery dates will vary accordingly. We strive to deliver all goods ontime. However delays are possible so please do not contact your tradesman until goods have been safely received and in good condition.
If our couriers cannot make a delivery you will be contacted by our customer service team or the couriers to arrange a re-delivery or pick up.If you do not respond and the items are returned to us you may be subject to a charge.If the item needs re-delivering there will also be a re-delivery charge.

All our prices displayed on our website are inclusive of vat. At the point of order you will be given a Total price.

The price listed on the Website (the 'Price') for Crean Cermaic City products (the "Products") will be as stipulated at the time when you place your order on the website. We are entitled to make adjustments to the Price to take account of any increase in our supplier's prices, or the imposition of any new taxes or duties, or if due to an error or omission the Price for the Products on the Website is wrong. In exceptional circumstances, items ordered may be out of stock. You will be contacted if this circumstance occurs and refunded accordingly.


Pricing Errors

In the event that there is a pricing error on the website then will not be bound to honour any orders made at that price.

Quality Control

Before goods are released from our warehouse to the courier. We will do a quality controlcheck on each product to ensure it meets our high standard.

In the unlikely event of your tradesman discovering a defect in the product, we will requireyou to notify us as soon as possible. Our customer service team may require you to take some photography's of the defected product. On confirmation of the defected product we will release a replacement product to your delivery address and up lift the defected product at Crean Ceramic City expense.
Cancellation of a order
You can cancel your order up to 7 days after delivery see Returns process  If you have not received you order you can contact us via our customer service team With the order number when you placed the order. Credit will be applied to your card within 30 days
Returns process 
If for some reason you have decide that you want to return an item to us, you may as long as it within seven working starting from the date you received you purchase. But remember, if you cancel in this way rather than a fault goods you will pay the cost of returning the item. 
You will need to contact our customer service team with the order number when you placed the order, you must notify us within 7 days after delivery.We will email you a returns form and ID number allowing goods to be accepted to our warehouse.
Please give this to your courier. It must be returned within 21 days of yourdelivery docket date. The cost of returning the goods will be at your expense.If you do not return the goods within 21 days of your notice of cancellation, you will bedeemed to have accepted the goods.Credit will be only applied after the item is check and it’s in unused condition with original packaging. Credit will be applied to your card once goods have been returned and approved by our warehouse.
